Group accountant

About the assignment

The assignment is with one of Consult Work’s clients. Out of consideration for the client, the company is presented in more detail at a first interview.

Your responsibilities

As Group accountant you are responsible for consolidation and group reporting and work closely with the subsidiaries’ finance functions and the auditors.

Your main tasks

• Consolidation and group closing
• Group reporting to management and the board
• Intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
• Annual report in line with applicable regulations
• Contact with auditors
• Developing group reporting processes

Your profile

You have a university degree in business or economics and at least three years of experience of group accounting, ideally with an auditing background.

You have good knowledge of K3 or IFRS, experience of consolidation systems and advanced Excel skills. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

As a person you are meticulous, analytical and confident in driving processes forward.
