About the assignment

The assignment is with one of Consult Work’s clients. Out of consideration for the client, the company is presented in more detail at a first interview.

Your responsibilities

As Credit controller you are responsible for accounts receivable, credit assessments and following up unpaid invoices. You are an important link between the finance function, the sales organisation and the customers.

Your main tasks

• Credit assessment of new and existing customers
• Follow-up of receivables and reminders
• Contact with customers about payments and instalment plans
• Handling debt collection and bad debts
• Reporting on receivables and cash flow
• Improving credit management routines

Your profile

You have a post-secondary education in finance and experience of credit control, accounts receivable or similar work. You are meticulous and understand how receivables affect cash flow.

You have good systems skills and good Excel skills. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

As a person you are service-minded, clear and confident in difficult conversations, while building good relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Experience of credit control or accounts receivable
• Good understanding of cash flow and credit risk
• Confident in customer contacts and payment conversations
• Good systems skills and good Excel skills
• Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written
