About the assignment
The assignment is with one of Consult Work’s clients. Out of consideration for the client, the company is presented in more detail at a first interview.
Your responsibilities
As Project controller you are responsible for financial control and follow-up of projects. You work closely with project managers and the finance function and make sure project finances are under control from start to finish.
Your main tasks
- Budgeting and forecasting for projects
- Ongoing follow-up of outcomes against budget and variance analysis
- Project accounting and accruals
- Reporting to project managers, steering groups and management
- Supporting project managers on financial matters
- Developing routines and reports for project follow-up
Your profile
You have a university degree in business or economics and experience of controlling or project accounting, ideally in a project-intensive organisation. You are structured and able to see both details and the bigger picture.
You have good systems skills and advanced Excel skills. Experience of project accounting in ERP systems is a plus. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
As a person you are communicative, meticulous and confident in asking questions and pushing to get the right information.
