About the assignment

The assignment is with one of Consult Work’s clients. Out of consideration for the client, the company is presented in more detail at a first interview.

Your responsibilities

As Payroll specialist you are responsible for the entire payroll process and support managers and employees on pay matters.

Your main tasks

• The entire payroll process from data to payment
• Interpreting collective agreements and legislation
• Employer declarations and reporting
• Pensions and insurance
• Reconciliations against the accounts
• Advising managers and employees

Your profile

You have a post-secondary education in payroll and at least three years of payroll experience.

You have good systems skills, ideally experience of Hogia, Visma or similar payroll systems, and good Excel skills. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

As a person you are meticulous, service-minded and have high integrity.
