Junior business controller

We are looking for an ambitious and analytical Junior business controller with around two years of experience who wants to develop within financial management and business analysis. As Junior business controller you will be an important part of the finance team, working closely with senior controllers to support the company’s financial planning and decisions. You get a unique opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment and help improve the business through insightful analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supporting budgeting and forecasting
• Taking part in monthly and quarterly reporting
• Analysing costs and revenues to identify opportunities for improvement
• Following up KPIs and other metrics to make sure the company reaches its goals
• Preparing financial reports and presentations for management
• Helping develop processes and tools for better financial management
• Working with other departments to support their financial needs

Qualifications

• Around two years of experience in financial management, controlling or a similar role
• Relevant education in economics, business administration or similar
• Good Excel skills and experience of ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in numbers and data
• Experience of working with budgets, forecasts and reporting
• Understanding of financial processes and KPIs

• Good communication skills and able to collaborate across departments
• Independent and responsible, with the will to develop and take initiative
