Finance manager

We are looking for a driven and meticulous Finance manager with at least two years of experience who wants to grow in a dynamic, expanding organisation. In this role you have overall responsibility for financial management, including budgeting, closing the books, invoicing, reporting and ongoing financial follow-up. You will work closely with management to make sure the company reaches its financial goals and help optimise our financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly closing
• Budget and forecast processes
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Following up and analysing the company’s results
• Improving internal routines and financial processes
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in finance
• Relevant education in finance, accounting or similar
• Experience of closing the books, budgeting and financial reporting
• Good understanding of financial systems and routines
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in financial processes
• Good skills in Excel and ERP systems
• Able to work independently and take ownership
