Care assistant

We are looking for someone who is caring, responsible and wants to make a difference in people’s everyday lives! As a care assistant with one of our clients you don’t need previous experience – the most important thing is the right attitude and a will to help others. You will support clients in their daily lives and be an important part of the care team. We give you the training and guidance you need to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with personal care, such as hygiene, dressing and meals
• Providing social support and creating a safe and pleasant environment
• Helping with practical tasks in the home, such as cleaning, laundry and simple cooking
• Following care plans and working with nurses and other care staff
• Being attentive to clients’ needs and contributing to their well-being

Qualifications

• No previous experience required – we place great emphasis on personal qualities
• Good Swedish, spoken and written

• Caring and empathetic – you care about others’ well-being
• Responsible and reliable – you take your work seriously and are thorough
• Patient and flexible – you can handle different situations and adapt to clients’ needs
• A good team player – you can work in a team and communicate with colleagues and clients
